Kitten has strange recurring patch on her upper lip.

For the third time a patch has appeared on her upper lip- both sides, and this time on the tip of her nose- that's black instead of her white fur. It's been there a week now. THe last 2 times it eventually brushed away to reveal fresh white fur underneath. Any idea what's causing it? Should I be worried?
