Raining cats and dogs

so you funny 'people' might say. I didn't see any cats and dogs falling from the sky though but my Mum picked me up and put me inside and then Marley because we were happily sitting having a cat meeting in the garden 'in' the thunder and seemed totally unaffected by it ... but she thought we might feel a little more affected if we waited for a drenching! I'm still wondering if any cats and dogs are lying in my garden but I'm not allowed to go and look! My Mum, now she has stopped panicking about Sam and Raven is worrying about my little ginger tom cat friend. He's been coming to visit us about 4 months now but his visits now are daily and sometimes a few times a day. Mum has even found him in our house a couple of times and yesterday late evening he was serenading her with meow's underneath the window like Raven does when she wants letting in. Our Mum cant quite work out whether he lives somewhere close by but wants to be here, or if he doesn't live somewhere nearby and has wandered off and is just floating around. He is very nervous and until about a week ago he'd run away when my Mum went near him but now she can walk up to him and stroke him and he's still a little unsure and fearful but coming round. She walked into the kitchen the other day and he was sitting on a work surface so she talked to him and stroked him and since then he's stopped being quite so scaredy cat but he's very cute and Mum really hopes he does live somewhere around here and could get in out of the storm. She would have let him come in here but he ran off and sat under a car for a while and then disappeared. Thats him in our pictures. =^..^=

Ah, you were unlucky having all that 'bang crash flash buckets of water cats and dogs!' We didn't have any of that here. I have checked and there's definately no dogs lying in our garden and the only cat lying in it, is Sweetpea. Your poor little friend, we hope he does have a nice home to go to. Maybe he has a home but prefers yours cos he has friends there and your Mummy, who is nice to him. Purrs from Chloe and Sweetpea. :)
