Our person was playing outside with Marley and Gucci and Gucci's ginger boyfriend when outside started to rumble and wet started to quite gently fall - she called me and Raven but we didn't come in so she got Gucci and Marley in then all of a sudden the whole sky opened and huge buckets full of cold wet stuff poured out of the sky ... and the sky started flashing and crashing at the same time!! BOOM! Everyone outside started running, the cars were all almost ontop of each other outside our house as there seemed to be something going on at the school opposite and people couldn't move or park or anything ... and with all that chaos I didn't dare to come out from wherever I was! I wasn't in next doors wood storage place so my person thinks I was probably under bushes over the school. I eventually braved the elements, the road, the people, the absolute HORRIBLE noise and flashing sky and charged in like a drowned rat!! My person had left all the doors and windows open so whichever way I came from I could run in - I went in the front door - YUCK ... and skulked away under the sette where she dived after me with a big towel and scooped me up. What ever next!!! I dont want to ever experience a storm like that one again.

Aw Sam, it must have scared you and it's not nice getting wet is it. It's good your Mum left the door open for you to run in. All safe and dry now. :)
I never get wet unless my human has to wash me(and you really don't want to know why that is!) cos I don't like going out.My human sometimes takes me out in a harness and lead, but I have no desire to get my paws dirty so she ends up picking me up cos I sit and refuse to move(I've got her trained well) So where has the weather been like that?cos we have only had a few minutes of drizzel here on the Wirral.
We're in Norfolk:) Where's the Wirral? we havent ever heard of that. During the next few days summer is actually meant to be coming and the rain going away - that will be brilliant - hope it lasts a little while and doesn't change back after just a few days. None of us like harness's but we all love outside! it's absolute chaos if for any reason we're not allowed out for a few days, but that would only be if we weren't well really. We wouldn't go out if it was pouring ... we just were out already - it tricked us and caught us unawares:)
