Can I have my Pomeranian cut?
Asked by Rebecca R | 3 Answers
I have read on the internet that having a pomeranian cut can make them viciouse and can upset their coat. But my pom gets slobbery and a pooey bum and really does need a cut.
I think by your reference to cut, you mean castrated?
In answer to your question, this isn't the case. I've performed this operation on all creatures great and small (literally) and have never seen this or seen any evidence of this.
If you mean having a hair cut to keep your dog clean. This should not alter his behaviour.Choose the groomer carefully and on the first ocassion just get your dog washed and brushed. If all goes well on the next visit, get him cut.
